“ This is our local favorite restaurant in the Trumbull area. We visit usually every Friday night for either a Chinese or Japanese meal depending on the feeling. The restaurant is locatedinthe Long Hill section of Trumbull in a newly renovated building. Upon entry you are greeted by the hostess and the always happy sushi chefs. There are 5 seats at the sushi bar if you choose to watch your meal being prepared or there or numerous tables and booths. Therr is a bar located as well with seating for 6 and includes a TV for those wanting to watch your sports game. Our goto for appetizers is the sushi pizza. If you enjoy sushi this is a must try you will be a believer. If sushi is your choice the rolls are professionally prepared and the presentation is as good as the rolls taste. On a cold night I would suggest the hot and sour soup, tastefully seasoned and not overly salty. Next time you are looking for a good meal with excellent service stop by for a drink and sampling of their Asian fusion cuisine. ”
